I don't like to sit still for long so I fill much of my spare time running, cycling, walking and heading off for adventures in Scotland's great outdoors. Being outdoors so much means I'm in great physical shape and always mentally fresh. Which really helps when it comes to the other important part of my life: working hard for a living – and bringing up my daughter.
