    Great stuff – can’t beleive you are going to attempt the Bealach Mor cycle race – it’s nuts!

    Years ago Helen fell flat on her front on the descent from the horns Beinn Alligin and stayed there. A guy behind then shouted “last time I saw someone fall like that, they’d broken their legs” – like, thanks mate – helpful comment 🙂 She was ok though – just gauged.

    My legs are still sore today! Not sure at all re the Bealach Mor – but like childbirth the memory of pain seems to diminish by the day!

    The 90 mile challenge is a tuffey, take it easy down Loch Carron and keep plenty in the tank for the long ride home through the Torridon Pass.

    From what I’ve seen child birth is definately harder and you pay the price for longer.
