The 5X50 Challenge calls on people to pledge to exercise for 5k or 30 minutes daily for 50 consecutive days. This year it starts on March 29, 2015. I have signed up and will be asking people to join my team FionaOutdoors Does 5X50. The more people we have to motivate and encourage each other the better.
I will be walking, running, cycling, swimming, doing yoga and maybe even ski touring every day for my 50 days. How will you do yours? I have blogged about the details of 5×50 Challenge 2015.
