Following last season’s superb snow and weather conditions, Ski-Scotland has launched a new All-Areas Season Ticket for 2018-19. This gives skiers and snowboarders unlimited access to all five mountain ski areas.
In addition, the pass offers:
- Free slope time and discounts at Snow Factor, Scotland’s indoor real snow area in Glasgow.
- Free access to snowsports at all of Iceland’s ski areas.

Chair of Ski-Scotland, Andy Meldrum, said: “Last season was an amazing one, not only for the five ski areas but also for all our customers.
“From November/December through to season end in May, there were no fewer than 247,139 ‘skier days’ recorded in the mountains.
“Many of these were our All-Areas Season Ticket holders making best use of their investment to access more than 140 prepared pistes, off-piste and backcountry itineraries across the Highlands.
“Indeed, we are aware of one lady who enjoyed no fewer than 99 days of skiing last winter with her All-Areas Season Ticket.”
Last season, I skied the epic Flypaper at Glencoe.
The All-Areas Season Ticket provides total flexibility, so skiers and snowboarders can go to whichever resort has the best snow conditions and the best overhead weather forecast on any given day.
The pistes and itineraries are served by 67 lifts including CairnGorm Mountain’s funicular, Nevis Range’s gondola, the Lecht’s “magic carpets”, as well as chairlifts, button lifts and T-bars.
All-Areas Season Ticket holders also benefit from one free two-hour slope-time session at Snow Factor, with a further 30% discount off future Snow Factor visits.
In addition, the Season Ticket gives free access to two days’ skiing or boarding at each of Iceland’s 11 snowsport areas.

A limited number of tickets are now available through the Ski-Scotland website.
Prices are £550 for adults and £310 for children (five to 17 years inclusive at December 1, 2018).
Customers who purchased an All-Areas Season Ticket for last season benefit from a loyalty discount and pay only £480 for adults and £260 for children.
Income from sales of all tickets goes directly to fund the Ski-Scotland marketing partnership, which promotes snowsports in Scotland, to attract existing and new customers to ski and snowboard in Scotland, as well as to encourage new people to try the sport.
Andy said: “Given the cracking snow and overhead weather we had last season, snow on the mountain tops already this autumn and a guaranteed season start based on snow from installed TechnoAlpin snow factories, we expect these tickets to sell out fast.”
