My thoughts: Ocoopa UT2s hard warmer and power bank

I own several hand warmers and most also have a useful power bank facility but the Ocoopa UT2s is the first type I have used that has two parts so you have a warmer for each hand. I love that the gadget easily fits together with a strong magnet, yet it can also be divided into two hand warmers.

Each side also offers a separate power bank and there are USB A and USB C ports on each half, too.

The Ocoopa UT2s feels solid, durable and a nice weight. The outer material is smooth against the skin and warms up quickly. It’s a great size for holding in each hand and slipping into pockets.

You can easily increase or reduce the heat according to needs in either hand. It’s not a hot heat but, rather, a warming heat.

The power bank faculty is also very useful and it helps to keep my aging iPhone charged while I am away from home.

Obviously, if you charge your phone, the duration of the hand warmer will be reduced so it’s best to decide which you need – hand warmers or power banks.

I also really like that the UT2s remember the heat level you used previously. When you switch it on, it goes straight to that setting.

Another plus-point is the Ocoopa supports initiatives such as Call2Recycle, CarbonFree, and ClimatePartner to reduce its environmental footprint. I am not sure to what extent this support extends but it’s a step in the right direction for the environment.

The company also supports the Raynaud’s Association through a range of initiatives. The association raises awareness and education about Raynaud’s Syndrome, which I suffer with.

Ocoopa rechargeable hand warmers come in a range of pother shapes and sizes, too, including:

  • UT4 Extreme – £74.95
  • UT4 Camo – £79.95
  • UT2s Mini – £28.95
  • UT3 Lite – £26.95
  • HeatCube – £22.95
  • HotPal PD – £24.95
  • I was sent the gadget to test in return for an honest review.
