Sunday Mail: The amazing Marcothon

Marcothon – an event that inspires people to run every day in December – starts today, December 1. What began as a local husband and wife challenge with Marco and Debbie Consani, of Glasgow, is now followed by thousands of people worldwide.

The aim of Marcothon is to run 5km or 25 minutes (whichever comes first) every day of the month and including Christmas Day. I took on the Marcothon challenge a few years ago and plan to try this year, too, although running is not my forte right now…
