Night-time orienteering event for MND Scotland

An exciting charity night-time orienteering event is taking place this Friday. Fight with the Night, in Moray, is jointly organised by young people from Elgin Youth Café’s Delta Force team and inspirational fundraiser Lucy Lintott, of Garmouth. It is open to all ages and over 2km or 4km.

In November 2013, aged just 19, Lucy was diagnosed with motor neurone disease. Just like her better-known fellow-sufferer Stephen Hawking she has refused to let this become an obstacle in her life. Lucy set herself a target of raising £100,000 for MND Scotland and thanks to an incredible effort supported by her many friends,
