What have you got planned in the great outdoors in September and October? Here are some events to take part in or enjoy listening to.

20/9/15: Muddy Trials Mud Run, Craufurdland Castle, Fenwick, Ayrshire.

Are you up for the challenge of 5k, 10k or the Muddy Mile for fitness, charity or just good fun? Try what is being billed as “the world’s muddiest race” and have fun getting caked in glorious mud.

21/9/15: Eat Sleep Cycle is an Evening with Anna Hughes (7-9pm) at Tiso Outdoor Experience in Glasgow.

Following her 4,000 mile cycle around Britain’s coast, Anna wrote about her experience. Not content with a conventional book signing, this Tiso event is part of her 1,000 mile Land’s End to John O’Groats ride.

Tickets are £3 and include a glass of wine and a discount if you wish to purchase a copy of the book. Signings available after the talk.

29/9/15: Tiso Travel Night (7-9pm), Glasgow

An evening of all things travel including info about luggage, travel health and lots of tips from the experts.

7/10/15: Ride through Winter, Tiso Outdoor Experience in Glasgow.

A continuation from the March “Ready to ride” event, this evening focuses on cycling through winter. There will be practical tips on winter commuting, turbo trainer workouts and winterising your bike.

Tiso are also set to announce the Warren Miller film tour dates> Keep an eye on Facebook: Glasgow Outdoor Experience and Twitter: @GLA_OutdoorExp
