Jöttnar expand product range

October 07 2015

This month, Jöttnar will release an expanded new range for Winter 2015 as it enters its third year of trading. With a continued focus on mountaineering, winter climbing and all-mountain skiing, the British technical apparel company will add four new products to its line-up.

All existing items are being carried forward and will incorporate new colourways and performance updates. The new products include:

  • Bibless version of the Vanir salopettes
  • Lightweight NeoShell jacket for summer Alpine use
  • General-purpose Schoeller softshell mountain trouser
  • A women’s version of the existing Fenrir hydrophobic micro-down jacket.

Products are manufactured with Fair Wear Approved partner factories, zero fluorocarbon use in select manufacturing processes and only 100% Responsible Down Standard Certified down.

Jöttnar will continue to sell direct through the website and is also set to expand its existing stable of UK independent specialists, which will include the Joe Brown shops.

Tommy Kelly, co-founder, said: “We remain a small and streamlined operation that allows myself and co-founder Steve  to personally take decisions on the many thousands of seemingly small design and construction details.

“We believe our products improve year on year and the functionality, fit and finish that we’ve achieved this time around makes the new winter range the best yet.”

The new range will be available by mid-October. See www.jottnar.com
