Last week, just before The Man Flu and the Cough from Hell got a full hold on me, I met with Ben Smith. He is running an incredible 401 marathons on 401 consecutive days. I joined Ben on the Forth & Clyde Canal near Kirkintilloch for part of his 203rd marathon. He is raising funds for two anti-bullying charities close to his heart.
