Closer look at our hard-working feet

Written by Fiona

If you are active, your feet do a lot of hard work for you. It’s interesting to see all the many parts of our feet and to see how they develop from baby, through childhood to becoming an adult. We take the health of our feet for granted until they feel sore or achy. I have found it pays to look after my feet. I regularly give them a self-massage and roll out the tendons etc with a pedi-roller. But did you know there are so many bones, tendons, muscles and ligaments in your feet?
