Review: Compare soles of inov-8 running shoes

One of my favourite brands of running trainers is inov-8. Their shoes have changed over the years and these days they offer a wide range of shoes to suit different terrains. For many people, it’s the soles of the running shoes that are the most important, rather than the uppers. (Although the fit of the uppers is also something to consider when buying trainers.)

I have been looking at the soles of the inov-8 trainers in the latest collection. It’s interesting to see the difference between road and rail shoes and also the range of different soles to suit different off-road terrains and also a pair of inov-8 road runners.

Or how about a pair of inov-8 road runners for obstacle racing?
