Written by Fiona

November 12 2020

Take a five-mile walk from Milngavie precinct, East Dunbartonshire, to the Milngavie Rerservoirs and return. The route is almost entirely off-road and visits viewpoints, landmarks and places of historical note.

Map of route.

Walk the Milngavie Waterworks

Start and finish: West Highland Way obelisk in Milngavie.

The route follows the West Highland Way to Drumclog Moor. Completes almost a full circuit of the Milngavie Reservoirs (waterworks) and returns on a similar route.
