Sports massage is a great way to keep muscles in good shape and flexible in between exercise. Making time and finding the money to go to a therapist is one way to receive a sports massage. Alternatively, you can do a self-massage with a massage gun.
The Bob and Brad UNI Massage Gun is an effective device for sports massage at home and it’s easy to take with you if you’re travelling for work or pleasure.
There are five power settings and I find the lowest setting to be enough for most of my muscle needs. If you want a deeper or more rigorous massage, you can up the speed.
The vibration of the gun feels smooth and powerful.
There are lighter weight massage guns such as the Q2 mini massage gun, but I like the weight, power and feel of the UNI massage gun.
The angle of the handle makes the gun easy to use all over the body.
There are five massage heads that can be used on different muscles and for working different trigger points.
I have been using this massage gun regularly for quads, glutes, calves and shoulder muscles and I find it very effective.
While I do like to attend a sports therapist for a massage, the Bob and Brad UNI massage gun allows me to keep my muscles rejuvenated daily and in between a professional sports massage.
