Sunday Mail: The Chi art of good running

Written by Fiona August 27 2014

My outdoors column in the Sunday Mail on August 24, 2014, focused on Chi running, a style of running that is increasingly acclaimed as more natural, relaxing and effective. Many people say that chi running has helped them to overcome injuries and run further and faster. I attended a chi running workshop with Nick Constantine. The addition of yoga for runner sessions by Mark Russell boosted the attraction of the weekend course in Scotland.

The next Scottish chi running and yoga weekend is on October 10 to 12 at Lochgilphead. See soulinmotion.

Here is my article in pdf format left and right.
