New 38-mile Conic Canter ultra race in Scotland

The organisers of the famous West Highland Way race have launched a new 38-mile ultramarathon, The Conic Canter.

The running race on September 11 will follow first section of the iconic West Highland Way, from Milngavie over Conic Hill to Balmaha and back to Milngavie.

The race is suitable for runners of all abilities with a generous five-hour cut off at Balmaha.

Note: Runners have 35 hours to enter a ballot for 300 places. The entry opens on June 19 at 1am.
