The North Face has launched a new range of Ski Touring gear. Designed to support big day missions, from dawn patrol to last-light descents, the new collection includes some innovative features.
Ventrix™ stretch insulation technology keeps skiers warm and it’s breathable, too. Tiny laser-cut perforations that open with movement offer breathability, yet they also lock when resting.
This means that excess heat and perspiration can escape on the uphills when skiers are working harder. Then, the technology offers more warmth on the downhills, when you move about less and need more heat trapped in.
The collections for men and women include new speedtour Ventrix™ hoodies in bold colours. These can be paired with black speedtour alpine pants.
Windwall™ gloves, a chizzler headband and a Slackpack 2.0 completes the collection.
The new Ski Touring Collection is available to buy now on The North Face website and in select The North Face stores.
